Brighton Dome Staff Wellness Day, February 2021
On the 7th of February 2021, we had an amazing day giving onsite chair massage to the staff of the Brighton Dome.
It made me feel like I’ve got the best job in the whole world – great fun and made loads of people very happy, too! A lovely company to work for.
Wellness Days for Brighton’s Jury’s Inn Hotels
This amazing company really cares for their dedicated staff.
Together with the management, we organised a day of onsite massage in each hotel – and people loved it!
What better way to communicate appreciation for your staff’s hard work than through massage?
As we’ve had the pleasure of doing multiple events in the hotels now, it’s great to see both familiar and new faces. We always have a lot of fun on wellness days – they are very social!
Wellness Corner, Grand Hotel Event, December 2019
The Equilibrium team took part in a wellness corner to provide revitalising onsite chair massage during a day-long event in the Grand Hotel, Brighton.
It was great to make so many people happy in such a short time!
Open Day at Equilibrium Therapy Clinic, December 2019
For the Christmas season, we gave free onsite chair massage and ear acupuncture sessions to our lovely community, along with mince pies and healthy juices.
Our Open Day wasn’t just a festive bit of fun – we also collected donations for Brighton-based charity Rockinghorse, who support ill children and babies across Sussex.
Together Co Charity Event, October 2019
On the 11th of October 2019, we were giving onsite chair massage for lonely people with support from Anna Tarjan, our talented Acupuncturist. The event was organised by local charity, Together Co.
It was such a touching experience for me personally. We got so much appreciation from the participants. We need to remember that a caring touch is vital and lonely people have so little of it. Through massage, we were able to bring smiles, positivity and care.
