Myofascial Release Massage Brighton

What is Fascia

Fascia is a connective tissue which surrounds and attaches all our internal structures, and plays an essential role in a healthy functioning of our bodies. Normally fascia can stretch and move without restrictions, but with physical trauma, emotional trauma, poor posture, scarring, or inflammation it can lose its pliability. This causes fascia to become tight, restricted, and a source of cumulative tension to the entire body.
