I am a fully insured Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist and the director of the Equilibrium Pain Management Clinic Brighton, on the sunny South Coast.
I am driven by my ability to help people live pain free. I aim for rapid recovery, using advanced techniques that resolve most problems in one to six sessions. I have worked with runners, extreme sport enthusiasts, body builders, office workers, people with injuries, pregnant clients and many more.

Claire Diola BSc (Hons) TCM BMed MBAcC
Claire Diola is our in-house acupuncturist. Claire received a First Class Honors Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Middlesex University and the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and has over 10 years experience in practice. Her studies included a six month placement in China working in the Xiyuan and Zhongri Hosptials in Beijing. Since graduating she has undertaken additional training in a variety of areas including pain management, acupuncture for children, women’s health, fertility and pregnancy as well as stress, mental health and addiction. Claire is a full member of the British Acupuncture Council. She is fully qualified to use all disciplines of Chinese medicine including acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion and Tuina (Chinese massage). Your treatment will involve the disciplines best suited to your optimum healing.
Rory Lemon (M.Ost) – Osteopath & Bodywork Specialist
Rory qualified as an Osteopath (M.Ost) in September 2014.
His intuitive clinical approach involves a variety of procedures to reduce pain, maximise lymphatic drainage, improve myofascial health and encourage patient independence. He is especially committed to boosting patient knowledge, creating the motivation to self-manage and improve in specific areas of lifestyle.
Rory has specialist clinical experience in chronic pain, obstetrics and older people (65+). He has assisted many people in recovery from stress and overwork including helping other therapists, yogis and health practitioners.
